He also appears before administrative boards, including the Miami Immigration Court, helping clients navigate the legal challenges involved in securing their legal status or defending against removal.
In addition to his immigration practice, Enrique advises construction companies and contractors on a wide range of legal issues. He represents clients in licensing disputes with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), as well as in cases involving contract disputes, compliance, and debt collection. Enrique earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida International University. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and is an active member of the Florida Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and Florida Business Leaders.
