Known for his dedication and client-first approach, Enrique leads the firm’s Construction and Immigration departments, representing individuals, businesses, and contractors throughout Florida and across the United States.
Enrique’s practice includes handling complex immigration cases, from asylum interviews to detention bond hearings, often traveling nationwide to advocate for his clients in immigration and asylum proceedings. He also appears before administrative boards, including the Miami Immigration Court, helping clients navigate the legal challenges involved in securing their legal status or defending against removal.
In addition to his immigration practice, Enrique advises construction companies and contractors on a wide range of legal issues. He represents clients in licensing disputes with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), as well as in cases involving contract disputes, compliance, and debt collection. His in-depth understanding of Florida’s construction laws allows him to serve as a trusted resource for businesses across the state.
Enrique earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida International University. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and is an active member of the Florida Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and Florida Business Leaders. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Enrique is able to serve a diverse range of clients with clear and effective communication.
