About Enrique

Enrique Nunez Elorza is a founding partner of the firm. Enrique graduated from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Enrique has a long background in Construction and Immigration law, and has worked at the Miami Immigration Court. He is the head of the Firm’s Construction and Immigration departments, specializing in litigation in front of Administrative Boards. He often travels throughout the United States, representing clients with Immigration and Asylum interviews, or trying to secure bond for those who have been detained. Enrique also travels throughout Florida, handling Construction license complaints with the Florida DBPR, throughout South Florida, and with the Better Business Bureau. When he is not busy litigating these cases, Enrique serves as a trusted advisor for construction companies and contractors, helping with Contracts, Compliance, and debt collection. Enrique is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and Florida Business Leaders.
